Verse 1
Holy Father, from Your mountain, hear Your servants’ humble plea. Flood Your mercy down upon us. Lift our hands when we are weak. Lord, we’re grateful for Your goodness, hold us in Your warm embrace. Please forgive us when we falter. Cleanse us in Your saving grace.
Verse 2
There are some here suff’ring sickness. Touch them with Your healing hand. Others may be broken-hearted. Give them strength in You to stand. When we see a sister struggle, when a brother fades away, help their soul find godly sorrow and return to You, we pray.
Verse 3
Bless the elders with Your wisdom. Bless the deacons as they serve. Bless us all who humbly worship. Give us all a mind to work. Grow our love for one another, May we put each other first. Help us follow Your commandments so we’ll stay Your holy Church.
Verse 4
Lord, we thank You for Your blessings, most of all Your only Son. May we always pray as He did, “Not my will but Thine be done.” When at last we’re at the River, having left this world of pain, bring us home with You in heaven is our prayer in Jesus’ name.
