Verse 1: When evening finds my heart worn down from daily trials and sorrow, I trust that God will give me hope and wake my joy tomorrow.
Verse 2: Tho’ now I work and serve my Lord and wait for heaven’s treasure, My loved ones leave to live with God in joy beyond all measure.
