Verse 1: Though Jesus existed with God, in same form with His being equal, yet He would not cling to that form. Yet He would not cling to that form.
Verse 2: But our Savior emptied Himself, and taking the form of a servant, He came in the likeness of men. He came in the likeness of men.
Verse 3: And when Jesus lived as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient unto His death, Obedient unto His death,Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place.
