The Lord looks down on the unrighteous earth, And if He drowns all life beneath the sky, He still knows what your righteous life is worth, And He protects you since He sees you shine.

When Satan’s force oppresses and attacks, And ’round you there is overwhelming sin, The Lord will save each one who loves Him back, If it’s a crowd or just a group of ten.

When evil billows like a raging sea, And fighting strong temptations takes its toll, It gives me strength that God would think of me, For He distinctly loves each single soul.
