Verse 1
We’re marching to the promised land, we will not be denied. We’re marching to the holy land and in Thy Word abide. We’re pressing on, no stopping now, press on unto the end. We’re pressing on, no looking back; this message we do send: We’re standing on the promises with ev’ry step we take. He is our Hope, He is our Truth, the Rock that will not shake.
Praise God! The One from whom all blessings flow. In Him, His word, our faith and strength will grow.
Verse 2
There is a home prepared for us where saints go marching in. By God’s great grace on Calvary we triumph over sin. We walk by faith and not by sight and press on to the goal. With all our mind and all our strength and all our heart and soul. We march steadfast immoveable, abounding in the work Because He is our faithful Lord, we will not ever shirk.
Praise God! Amen, for Faithful is His name. In Him our hope will never be in vain.
Verse 3
We march in grace, we walk in peace, the comfort of the Lord. We march in truth, we walk in love, we walk in one accord. We lift our eyes to heav’n above and look to the reward. It will not rust, it will not fade, it’s there forever stored. We give our faith, our hope, our trust, our lives we give to Him. We run the race, the course, to done, we fight the fight to win!
March on! Press on! Unto the gloryland! Don’t stop! Don’t quit! ‘Till in that land we stand!
